Wellness is not just a physical state of being, it's also our mental and emotional state. To be very well is very much a blessing. So many things can affect our wellness. Finances, clutter, illness, relationships, a toothache, etc. Which is why this subject is so vast and versatile.
Have you ever noticed that when things are normal, you're wishing they could be better? And when life gets complicated, you're wishing for things to go back to normal.
Wellness is about what you put into your body and on it. It is about the relationship you have with others, your surroundings, and yourself. It is about living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Living a healthy lifestyle is my recommendation to anyone searching for wellness. Eating a healthy diet, exercising, reading, using clean/non-toxic products in your home and on your body, enjoying nature, staying in touch with loved ones. It can be different for everyone.
We only get one chance at life and it goes by pretty fast. Make it a good life. Strive to be happy and healthy.
